Terms of Use

시행일 2026-10-15

These terms are an agreement between you and AlreadyRan ("we") for your use of AlreadyRan. By using the service you accept them. See also the Privacy Policy.

The service

AlreadyRan is a studio for generating images, video and audio. The models are made and run by third-party AI companies — among them OpenAI, Google, ByteDance (BytePlus), Alibaba, Kling, MiniMax, Midjourney, xAI, Tencent, Suno and DeepSeek; the About page lists every model we use by name. We provide the interface, the workflows, the history and the billing around them. The free tools run in your browser and involve no provider at all.

Your account

You sign in with Google or an email link; the same verified email always opens the same account. You are responsible for what happens under your account. You must be old enough to enter into this agreement where you live.

Acceptable use

These rules apply to everything you put into AlreadyRan — prompts, uploaded files and settings — and to everything you generate with it. A prompt counts as content too.

Content standards: six prohibited categories

Do not generate, upload or ask for content in any of these categories:

  1. Sexual content (NSFW). Pornography or sexually explicit material of any kind: sexual acts, nudity presented in a sexual way, and sexualised depictions of anyone, real or fictional.
  2. Violence and gore. Graphic violence, gore, mutilation, torture or cruelty, and content that promotes, glorifies or incites violence or self-harm.
  3. Hate speech. Content that attacks, demeans or discriminates against people because of their race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, age or any other protected characteristic, or that promotes hateful groups, symbols or ideologies.
  4. Child safety. Any content that sexualises, exploits or endangers minors. We report child sexual abuse material to the authorities.
  5. Deepfakes and impersonation. Putting a real person's face on someone else (face swaps), "undressing" a real person, placing real people in intimate scenes, making realistic images, video or audio of a real person saying or doing something they did not, or impersonating anyone, including public figures — whether or not the person agrees.
  6. Copyright and trademark infringement. Copying or imitating copyrighted works, characters, logos or trademarks you have no right to use, or passing AI-generated content off as someone else's work.

Also not allowed: anything illegal; fraud, harassment, spam or misinformation meant to deceive; presenting AI-generated content as a real record or as made by a person where that misleads; and any attempt to get around the safety settings, the rate limits or the billing.

What you upload

Only upload photos, video or voice recordings of yourself, or of people who have given you their explicit permission, and only material you have the right to use. Permission never makes any of the prohibited content above allowed. Do not present an edited or animated photo of a real person as a real record.

How these rules are enforced

Every request runs with the model providers' safety filters, and a request a provider refuses is not run. When content breaks these rules we may remove it wherever it is shown on AlreadyRan (including the market), suspend or permanently close the account that made it, and report illegal content to the authorities. To report content, write to support@alreadyran.com with a link or a description; in the market you can also use the Report button on a listing. We review every report and keep the identity of the person reporting confidential.

Credits and credit packs

  • Generating with AI models and running workflows uses credits. Before you start you see an estimate and the most that can be reserved.
  • Starting a run reserves credits. When it finishes you are charged what the run actually cost, and the rest of the reservation is returned. A run that fails is charged only when the model provider charged for the failed attempt, and then only for what the model actually used; a failure on our side is not charged. This includes a run the model stops because the request breaks its content rules or ours (for example violence, nudity or a real person's face): when the provider charged for it, so do we. In a workflow each step is charged on its own, so results already made are charged as usual even if a later step fails.
  • Rarely, a run costs more than was reserved. The difference is then taken from your available credits. If that is not enough, the remainder is recorded as credits owed, your work that has not yet started is cancelled and its reservation released, and credits you add later repay what is owed first. Every one of these steps appears on your Usage & billing page.
  • Credit packs. Credits are sold in packs, priced in US dollars and paid as a one-time payment: nothing renews and nothing is charged again. The packs on offer and their prices are on the Pricing page. Payments are processed by our online reseller and Merchant of Record, Waffo Pancake, which also handles order-related inquiries and returns; your card details go to Waffo Pancake and are never stored by us. Taxes that apply where you live are added at checkout.
  • Paid credits. Credits from a pack are paid credits, and so are any free credits you hold when you buy one. Paid credits stay valid for 120 days from your latest purchase; each purchase restarts that period for all of them, and those left when it ends expire. For those 120 days your account has the paid features — every quality and resolution setting and paid extra, the canvas and its forms, running and forking workflows, publishing to the market and saving presets — even once the credits are spent.
  • Redemption codes. A code we issue adds the credits it states as paid credits, with the paid features for 120 days, as a pack does. Each code can be redeemed once per account, may have an end date and can be withdrawn by us. Codes have no cash value: they cannot be sold, transferred or exchanged for money, and credits from a code are not refunded.
  • Free credits. Sign-up bonus credits are free credits. They can be used only for direct generation at each model's lowest settings, and they do not expire.
  • Other credits. Credits we add for a run that failed on our side, or as support, do not expire. Whatever their kind, the credits that expire soonest are used first.
  • The free tools use no credits.

Refunds

Within 14 days of buying a pack you can ask for a refund by writing to support@alreadyran.com. We refund the credits from that pack you have not used — the smaller of your current paid balance and the pack's credits — at the pack's price per credit, and remove those credits from your balance. The refund is paid back through Waffo Pancake to the way you paid. Packs given at no charge are not refunded. After 14 days a pack cannot be refunded, except where the law requires it; nothing here limits the rights consumer law gives you.

How long your results are kept

A result made while your account has the paid features is kept for a year after it is made; a result made without them is kept for 30 days. Which of the two applies is settled when the result is made: it is not cut short when your paid features end, and not extended if you buy a pack later. Then results move to the trash, where you can restore them for 30 days, before they are deleted for good. Results you save to Materials are not deleted because of their age, and your uploads do not expire; both still count toward your storage. Your billing records are kept either way.

What you make

You keep whatever rights you have in what you upload, and you are responsible for having them. As between you and us, the results generated for you are yours to use, subject to these terms, to the terms of the model provider that produced them, and to the law — which in some places does not grant copyright in machine-generated work. We need, and you give us, permission to store and process your content in order to provide the service to you.

Availability

Models are provided by third parties; models and workflows can change, be paused or be withdrawn. When we pause one, the studio says which, and nothing is charged for it. We provide the service as it is, without a promise that it will be uninterrupted or that a result will be fit for a particular purpose.

Our responsibility

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the three months before the claim arose. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Ending

You can stop using AlreadyRan at any time and ask us to delete your account. Unused credits are not refunded when an account is closed, except as described under Refunds or where the law requires it. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts the service or other people at risk.

Changes

We may update these terms; when a change is material we will say so in the product before it takes effect. Continuing to use AlreadyRan after that means you accept the updated terms.
