Overview
Split an image into a grid
Cut one image into rows and columns — for an Instagram grid, a sprite sheet, a contact sheet or a printed tiling — and export exactly the tiles you need.
Exact cuts, your way
Choose the number of tiles and rows and the grid is laid out for you; drag any cut line to move it, or remove a strip between tiles. Up to 64 tiles per image.
Select the tiles to keep, rename them, and download them one by one or together as a ZIP.
Your image never leaves your device
The splitter runs in your browser. Nothing is uploaded, there is no sign-up, no watermark and no credits are used.

Frequently asked questions

Does splitting reduce quality?
Tiles are cut from the image at its original resolution; nothing is scaled down.
Can I split into unequal parts?
Yes. Every cut line can be dragged, so tiles do not have to be the same size.
