    A generation reserves its maximum, then charges what the model actually used and returns the rest straight away. Every charge is listed on your Usage & billing page.

    Generations run on our servers. Switch pages, start the next take or close the tab; finished results wait in Recent and in your History.

  • Your uploads stay private

    Your uploads are stored privately and open only for you while you are signed in. We do not train models of our own on your prompts, uploads or results.

    Run ready-made workflows where the prompts and settings are already worked out, or use free browser tools that split, join and trim files without uploading them.

How it works

How to make something with AI on AlreadyRan

  1. Choose what to make

    Pick image, video or audio at the top of this page, or open a generator from the menu. Each generator lists its models with what they are good at.

  2. Write a prompt or add references

    Describe what you want. Models that accept them take reference images, video or audio; the upload slots show only what the selected model can use.

  3. Check the credits and generate

    The estimate updates as you change the model, length or resolution. Click Generate and keep working while it renders.

  4. Download, reuse or refine

    Results appear in Recent and in History, where you can download them, rename them or reuse their settings for the next take.

What is AlreadyRan?

AlreadyRan is a web studio for making images, video and audio with AI models built by different companies, behind one account, one credit balance and one history. It also has a canvas for building workflows, a market of ready-made workflows and free tools that run in your browser.

Do I need an account?

The free tools work without one. Generating with AI models and running workflows needs a sign-in, by Google or an email link, so your results and credits stay with you.

Is AlreadyRan free to use?

The free browser tools cost nothing. AI generation uses credits: free credits, such as a sign-up bonus or daily check-in credits, work in the image, video and audio generators at each model's lowest settings. Higher settings, paid extras, the canvas and workflows open up when you buy a credit pack, a one-time payment; the Pricing page lists the packs and their rules.

Which AI models can I use?

Right now there are 56 models from 10 companies, with video clips up to 30 seconds and output up to 4K. The image, video and audio generators each list their models with what they are good at, how long and how sharp they go, and what they accept as input. The lists follow our live model catalog, so a model appears as soon as it is available to use.

How does billing work?

You see the estimated credits before you click, together with the most that can be reserved. When the run finishes you are charged for what it actually used, and whatever was reserved on top of that comes straight back.

What happens if a generation fails?

The card says why it failed and whether any credits were charged. Failures on our side and requests stopped by our content check cost nothing. When the model provider fails a generation without charging for it, neither do we; when the provider charges for the compute a failed attempt used, you are charged that amount and the record says so.

Can I use what I make commercially?

As between you and AlreadyRan, the images, video and audio generated for you are yours to use, subject to our Terms of Use, the terms of the provider that runs the model, and the law, which in some countries does not grant copyright in machine-generated work. You are responsible for having the rights to anything you upload.

Are my uploads private?

Yes. Photos and files you upload for a generation or a workflow are private to your account, and to make a result they are sent to the provider that runs the model you chose. The free tools never upload anything at all.

What is the canvas?

The canvas, in beta, connects several generation steps into one workflow that you can run as a simple form. The Market lists official workflows built and checked by us, and workflows shared by the community that you can run or copy once you have bought credits.

How do I contact support?

Email support@alreadyran.com. Writing from the email you sign in with lets us find your account straight away, and we reply by email.
